About coupons

To use a coupon, enter the coupon code on the checkout page.
Please enter it on the checkout page, not in the cart.

How to enter a coupon code

The steps below show the smartphone screen. If you are using a computer, see “On a computer” below.

  1. Press the “Checkout” button in your cart to go to the checkout page.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the checkout page and press “Add discount”, just above the “Pay now” button.

  3. The “Discount code or gift card” field will open. Enter your coupon code and press “Apply” on the right.

  4. Make sure the coupon amount has been deducted from the total, then press “Pay now” to place your order.

On a computer, there is no “Add discount” button. The “Discount code or gift card” field is shown from the start below your order details on the right side of the screen. Enter your code there and press “Apply”.

If the discount is not applied

  • Check that the coupon code is correct. Enter it in half-width (standard) letters and numbers, without spaces before or after.
  • For member-only coupons (such as coupons from points), please log in with your registered email address before checking out.
  • Each coupon has its own conditions, such as the valid period, eligible items, and terms of use (minimum purchase amount, whether it can be combined with other discounts, etc.). Please check the details of your coupon.

Coupons from points

You can exchange your points for coupons on the rewards page. You can find the code of a redeemed coupon in the completion email or under “Your coupons” on My Page.
If you shop via the “Shop with this coupon” button on My Page, the coupon will be applied automatically at checkout.
