How to use rewards & important notes
On this page, you can exchange your points for discount coupons.
1. Log in
You must be logged in to exchange rewards.
If you are not logged in, the “Redeem” button will not appear.
2. Confirm newsletter subscription (required)
Your coupon code will be sent by email.
Therefore, subscribing to marketing emails (newsletter opt-in) is required.
If you selected “Do not receive emails” when creating your account,
please subscribe using the newsletter form in the footer at the bottom of this page,
and make sure to use the same email address as your account.
※ If your account is already set to receive marketing emails, no additional action is required.
3. Exchange points for a coupon
You can exchange your points for the discount coupon you want on this page.
(Example: 500 points → ¥500 OFF coupon)
4. Check the completion email
After completing the exchange, an email containing your coupon code will be sent automatically.
5. Use the coupon
On your next purchase:
• Enter the coupon code from the email
or
• Click the link in the email (the coupon will be applied automatically)
to receive the discount.
⚠️ Notes
- Coupons can be redeemed one at a time.
- Once you redeem a coupon, you cannot redeem the same coupon again until the redeemed coupon has been used in an order.
- Redeemed coupons cannot be combined with other coupons or automatic discounts.
- You must be logged in to redeem rewards. After logging in, the “Redeem” button will appear.
- After redemption, an email with the coupon code will be sent automatically. Enter the code at checkout, or click the auto-apply link in the email to use it.
